On August 23, 2023, AFROSAI-E initiated a Strengths Finder assessment for our SAI, the Office of the Auditor General (OAG) in Eritrea. Twenty-nine staff members participated in this assessment, including team leaders up to the Auditor General, of whom ten were females. The assessment was conducted online and spanned a single day.
The outcomes of the assessment were overwhelmingly positive and encouraging for the office.
