The Eritrean Center for Organizational Excellence (ERCOE) delivered a 6 days training program. The training, which was held at the training center of ERCOE- embatakala, was about Performance improvement program (PIP) to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of government institutions in Eritrea. The training was delivered for 78 staff members in two parts, February and March.
